Making money on the web with 2-Tier affiliate marketing programs

Quite a lot of confusion exists in the minds of both new, and experienced, internet marketers between MLM (sometimes called Network Marketing) and multi-tier affiliate programs.

I've just posted on my training blog in an attempt to clear up the misunderstandings, give the pro's and con's of these programs and to point out why people wishing to make money on the web may wish to get a better understanding of these programs - especially if they wish to generate ongoing residual incomes.
