US home price drops exceed Great Depression

Home prices fell for the 53rd consecutive month in November, taking
the decline past that of the Great Depression for the first time in
the prolonged housing slump, according to Zillow.

Sorry about the empty post! Seems Posterous has gone mad - or is it me?

I'm looking into it now, because this previously faultless service seems to have made some unanounced change to thier 'post by email' function which is tripping me up..

 Users can create a mediafeedia account without having to download software and import their Facebook business pages they manage.  The pages will be added to the user's mediafeedia dashboard and synched with Facebook.

The dashboard features a selection of free, custom management functionalities for businesses on Facebook, including the ability to:

I'm a bit annoyed about unethical Internet marketing tactics!

One of the attractions of the purchase was that the sales pages said they came with Master Resell Resale Rights.

Now here's where it gets tricky! If you look below you will see that the 'Master Resale Rights' forbid anything other than personal use!

And you only get to see this after! you have made the purchase.

I know how much you're making with 12SC

Well, not exactly because I can't see exactly how much you're making from your second and third tier commissions, but it's really easy maths (even for a country boy like me ) for me to look into my back office Front Line Affiliates report and multiply the sales by the 45 percent commission you get and get a rough idea. And another report there shows me that nearly all of you have people on your second and third tier, so add another 15% for a total of 60% overall.

Easy! even for me and it's very gratifying, as one of the people who worked with Darryl to put 12SecondCommute together, to see such a large majority of you who are making real, substantial, and stable, residuals! Making more in fact than fully 90% of all other marketers who continue to struggle online - because they don't have the essential tools and training we all MUST have to be successful and full our pockets with cash. They don't have 12SecondCommute.

The other thing that I like as I view these reports is how ethical and fair 12SecondCommute is. I can see from the hit statistics of each of my team that those who are doing the work are making heaps, and those who are cruising, or doing darn all, are making ................... yep, you guessed it, darn all.  In direct proportion to their efforts, and that's how it should be isn't it?

I hope that you fall into the first group, and if you don't, you know how to change that don't you - just make sure you advertise your personal capture page on a regular basis. Not hard is it and, even though there are more effective ways, even posting offers on free safelists will bring members in for you.

Shares data with non-Facebook websites and it is automatically set to "Enable."

You may wish to check it out and decide if this is what you wish to happen. With it enabled it will transparently share your information with any of Facebooks partners, AND all your friends who have it enabled will be sharing your information too!

Go to Account>Privacy Settings>Applications and Websites>Instant Personalization>at bottom of page Edit Settings, and un-check "Enable".
